How to Set up DGme Direct Deposit

Direct deposits can be set up in two ways. Direct deposit forms can be obtained from payroll departments and set up through the DGme portal. Here’s how it works:

Via the DGme Portal

To set up Direct Deposit using the DGme portal, please follow the following steps:

  1. Please login to the DGme portal with your employee credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Pay Section.
  3. Here, you will find the Direct Deposit section.
  4. Fill out the details of your bank account number, routing number, and other required details.
  5. Review the details again to avoid errors.
  6. Submit the details, and DGme will confirm your active Direct Deposit. Your next payment will automatically be credited to your account. You will need a bank account number to activate Direct Deposit.

Via Direct Deposit Forms

Request a Direct Deposit authorization form from your Pay Department to set up a direct Deposit. Follow the following steps:

  1. Gather your bank account details, such as account number and routing number.
  2. Fill out the form with all the details required.
  3.  The direct deposit form must be filled out completely and accurately. Once complete, it must be submitted to the payroll department, which will process it and set up direct Deposit.

How to change Direct Deposit?

There are two ways to change a direct deposit:

First method

Contact your manager or payroll department to update/change your direct Deposit.

Second method

  1. Open the DGme app, navigate to the Pay section, and then navigate to the Direct Deposit section.
  2. Here, you can update or change your Direct Deposit information.
