Please download and install the WorkVivo app from the Android Play store or Apple store. Use your DG credentials to log in. After a successful login, please close and reopen the app. It will refresh the app, and the DGme icon will appear. That’s it! Please see below the step-by-step process:

What is WorkVivo?

WorkVivo is a leading employee communication app that helps employers create a more enthusiastic work culture. Employees can connect with each other, share announcements, create teams, and run surveys and polls when a Lead has to make certain decisions based on the employees’ opinions. 

Guide to Login into WorkVivo

  1. Download and install the WorkVivo App from the Android PlayStore or Apple App Store.
  2. Use your DG credentials to log into it; please read below. We have discussed how to get DG Credentials.
  3. When logged in, please reload the app or close and reopen it.
  4. Now, you can see that the WorkVivo icon has been changed to the DGme icon.

How to get credentials for WorkVivo App

Your DG Credentials will allow you to log in will allow you to log in to the WorkVivo app; here’s how you can use them.

Your DG email will be your Employer ID + “@dollargeneral.com.” For example, your Employer ID is 12345678; thus, your DG email would be [email protected]. After entering the email in WorkVivo, it will recognize that you are from Dollar General, and you will be redirected to the DGme login screen.
